Ronald Carl Miller, 79, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, followed by funeral services at 1 p.m.
Ronald was born July 11, 1937, in Marcus, Iowa, the son of Carl and Lila Miller. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and stationed in Germany, where he met his wife. He enjoyed gardening, the Cubs and Hawkeye football.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Rose Miller; sister, Doris (Allen) DeForest; brothers, Dale (Lana) Miller and Allen (JoAnn) Miller; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Laurence.
A memorial fund has been established in Ronald's memory in care of Rose Miller.
