Ruth Werhan, 79, of West Union, passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at the Good Samaritan Center in Waukon. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, at S.K. Rogers & Burnham-Wood Funeral Home in West Union, with visitation one hour before the service. Burial will follow in West Union Cemetery.
S.K. Rogers & Burnham-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangments.
