McIntyre, Katharina Elisabeth
Katharina Elisabeth McIntyre, 61, of Mediapolis, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mediapolis, with the Rev. Jerleen Schlesser officiating. The family will meet with friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at the church. Additional services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point, where the family will meet with friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Cass Township Cemetery in Strawberry Point.
Survivors include her husband, Robert of Mediapolis; two sons, Robert of Strawberry Point and Christopher of Mediapolis; her parents, Warren and Hertha Wood of Manchester; two brothers, Phil of Columbia, Mo., and Pete of Manchester; one sister, Jeanette Wood of Manchester; and a niece, Julie Wood, and nephew, Justin Wood of Columbia, Mo.
