Zuber, Terry L.
Terry L. Zuber, 64, of Norway, went home to be with the Lord on March 31, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 2010 at First Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids. Rev. Daniel Kolander will officiate. Family will receive friends and relatives at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday. Private burial will take place at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Joanne; two daughters, Chris (Paul) Engelby of Fairmont, Minn., and Patty (Lewis) McDorman of Bowie, Md.; four grandchildren, Emily and Ashley Engelby, and Jacob and Amanda McDorman; a brother, Tim, of Arizona; and an aunt, Betty Uthoff, of Norway.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Ella Mae Zuber.
Terry was born August 3, 1945 in Cedar Rapids. He married Joanne Wright on July 3, 1965. He worked at Iowa Electric Light & Power Company for 36 years, retiring in 2001.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
