Stiles (Seaton), Katherine
Katherine Stiles (Seaton), 71, of Shoreview, Minn., formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Nov. 24, 2010.
She was born Nov. 25, 1938, to Charles and Althea Stiles. She married Robert Seaton in 1955; he passed away in 2001.
Kay enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, family and special friends, traveling and family celebrations, reading, movies, music and politics. She provided words of wisdom and guidance to those who needed her and always had time for conversation with family and friends.
Survivors include children, Robin (Gary) Hellmer, Dawn (Gary) Wettern, Brad (Jilean) Seaton; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard English, Jerry (Lou) Stiles, Nancy Farrell and Patti Hammel; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Sue Muske.
Preceding her in death were parents, and siblings Robert, Mary and Jack.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Memorials are preferred to Fairview Homecare and Hospice, Minneapolis, or the American Cancer Society.
