Russel Carne, 97, of Keystone Place, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016. Per Russel's request, there will be no visitation or service.
Russel was born March 9, 1919, the son of Richard Carne and Iva Clara Clock.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia.
Russel worked as an insurance salesman and was an active member of the Shrine.
He will be greatly missed by his close friends, David and Linda Jones and Marilyn Cech and her family.
