Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald in 2001; one daughter, Janet; one grandson, Jonathon; and three brothers, Robert, Edward and Eugene Rosenow.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 17, at the St Mark's Catholic Church in Edgewood. Celebrant: The Rev. Stephen Lundgren. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Edgewood, and one hour before services Friday at the church. Interment: Edgewood City Cemetery, Edgewood, Iowa.
