Cynthia Ann Peska, 83, of Marengo, passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2020, at Compass Memorial Hospital, Marengo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Marengo, with Father David Wilkening officiating. Burial will be in the Marengo Cemetery. Visitation will be
4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27,
at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with a rosary recited at 6 p.m. A memorial fund has been established. Masks and social distancing are required at all services.
Cynthia is survived by her son, Mike (Robin) Peska of Marengo; a daughter-in-law, Marina Peska of Marengo; four grandchildren, April (Neil) Berthiaume, Brandon (Callie) Peska, Chad (Brooke) Peska and Marcus (Britani) Peska; eight great-grandchildren, Amelia Berthiaume, Jace, Kade and Macy Peska, Layne and Carsen Peska, and Bella Peska and Luke Peska; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Brittany (Daniel) Smith and Brianna Berthiaume; a brother, Dave (Denise) Albert.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Delbert; a son, Mark; three grandchildren, Christopher, Jillian and Justine Peska; and her brother, Jack.
