Della Hartvigsen, 80, of Coralville, passed away Oct. 2, 2014, at her home at 734 13th Ave. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Gay & Ciha Funeral Home in Iowa City. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday,
Oct. 6, at Parkview Evangelical Free Church in Iowa City, where a reception will follow services before burial at Oak Hill Cemetery in Coralville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkview Evangelical Free Church or Iowa City Hospice.

Della was born April 30, 1934, to Henry and Lora (Fulkerson) Wenman in Coralville. She attended grade school in Coralville and graduated from University High School in 1952.
On Aug. 19, 1953, she was united in marriage to Donald Hartvigsen. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary this year.
Della's family includes her husband, Donald; son, Dennis (Sandra Navalesi); daughter, Diane Schultz (Mark); granddaughter, Sara McIntosh (Chris); granddaughter, Jennifer Wilson (Auston); great-grandson, Tyler McIntosh; sisters, Laverne Flansburg and Frances Rogers; brothers, Art Wenman and James Wenman; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Leroy, Lynn and Robert Wenman; and sister, Stasha Jones.
The family would like to send a special thanks to the members of the Coralville Rec Center senior exercise group for all of their support.
