DAVID LEE STEVENS
Marengo
David Lee Stevens, 85, of Marengo, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Compass Memorial in Marengo, following a sudden illness. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2018, Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with Father David Wilkening officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with military honors. Visitation: 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018, Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. A memorial fund has been established.
David is survived by two brothers, Donald (Janet) and Gary (Judy), all of Cedar Rapids; six sisters, Pat Seye (Bob) of Ladora, Marcella Hilton of Cedar Rapids, Loretta Booth of Sheboygan, Wis., Mary Mumm of Marengo, Janet Fish (Kenny) of Morehead City, N.C., and Beverly Neswold (Larry) of Cedar Rapids; two sisters-in-law, Diane Stevens of Fairfax and Gelene Stevens of Ankeny; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Florence Minnaert Stevens; four brothers, Leroy, Laverne, Bernard and Wayne "Tom" Stevens; and brothers-in-law, Jack Booth and Gary Hilton.
