IZOD IndyCar Drivers test at Iowa Speedway (video)

Iowa Speedway hosted a number of IZOD IndyCar Series race car drivers and their teams Tuesday for testing before the Iowa Corn Indy 250 set for June 22-23 in Newton.

Defending Iowa Corn Indy 250 champion Marco Andretti, who is 16th in series points, addressed the media. He claimed Andretti Autosport's third win at Iowa Speedway in the race's first five years.

The three-time Indianapolis 500 champion Helio Castroneves, who has 20 career wins but none at Iowa Speedway over the first five years of the race, joined Andretti to talk with media. Castroneves, of Team Penske, is fourth in overall points.

Reigning Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti, who also has three Indy 500 victories, discussed his latest win and Iowa Speedway. Franchitti has won the Iowa Corn Indy 250 twice in the first three years. Franchitti is currently sixth in overall points.
