To the editor:
I don't generally subscribe to conspiracy theories, but I can't help but wonder who is suppressing the operation of turn signals in the cars and trucks being driven on Cedar Rapids streets recently.
If only we could stop the perpetrators of this attack, folks might once again be able to communicate to their fellow drivers their intent to turn. Wouldn't that be nice?
