Bobby "Bob" Jean Allen, 81, of Tipton, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018, at his home. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, March 30, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, with the funeral service to immediately follow at 11 a.m. Graveside service will conclude at Tipton Masonic Cemetery with military honors.
