Marjorie Ann Erdman was born Jan. 26, 1937, in Jefferson, Wis., to Louis and Hattie (Raithel) Erdman. She attended Fort Atkinson High School, graduating in 1954. She married Thomas Bostwick on April 30, 1955. They began their family in Wisconsin, then moved to the Mount Vernon area in 1975, where they have resided since. Marge was a homemaker and provided daycare services for local families.
Marge loved her home, which was a canvas for her to decorate for each season. She loved celebrating the holidays - hosting, decorating, and especially spending time with family. Marge cherished her family and sincerely missed Tom after his passing, but he was always in her thoughts and never left her heart. She adored spending time with children, especially babies. Marge was a social person, always approached every situation with good humor, and made the best of everything. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tom; infant son, Thomas Arthur Jr.; brothers, William and Art; daughter-in-law, Maria Theresa; and brothers-in-law, Marvin and Gim.
Marge's family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Hallmark Care Center for their generous care given to Marge over the past several months.
Memorials may be directed to Hallmark Care Center, Mount Vernon.
