Survivors include his mother, Beverly Mayberry; son, Jarad Hauk; brothers, David (Cindy) Hauk, Steve (Terry) Hauk and Mike Hauk; sisters, Nancy Marsh and Pat (Gary) Cumberlin; grandchildren, aunts, uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tom was a veteran. He worked as a laborer.
Tom loved being with his family and his cats.
He will truly be missed by his family and friends.
