Dallas L. Rammelsberg, 75, of Oelwein, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 2, 2015, at ABCM Rehabilitation Center West campus in Independence. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, rural Oelwein. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment: Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, rural Oelwein.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alternative Living Corporation, Oelwein.
