Kenneth Oseth, 95, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Friday, Nov. 18, 2016. Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 22, starting at 10 a.m. A memorial service will start at 11 a.m. at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. A committal service will follow the memorial service, where military honors will be accorded.
Kenneth was born Sept. 8, 1921, the son of Carl and Nora (Shefelbine) Oseth. Ken grew up on the farm and joined the Army Air Force in 1942. He worked at Lattner boiler factory in Cedar Rapids for 28 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gladys; and brother, Norm.
Left to cherish Kenneth's memories are his daughter, Cherrie Oseth, and sister, Elsie Lemon, both of California; and his best friend, Marie Sigwarth.
A memorial fund has been established in memory Kenneth.
