Connie Louise Lowe, 70, died Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, in Oxford Junction, Iowa.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Goettsch Funeral Home in Anamosa. The Rev. Laurie Riley will officiate at the service. Friends may call starting at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Surviving are her children Rick (Terri) Fifield of Cedar Rapids, Barbara Tietz of Waterloo, Cindy (Dennis) Takes of Cedar Rapids, and Sandra Mitts of Waterloo; a brother, Cecil E. (Evelyn) Oldridge of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Harriet Lorence of Centennial, Colo.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bert Lowe; two sons, Gary and David Fifield; a grandson, Eddie Tietz; and a brother-in-law, Everett Lorence.

Connie Louise Lowe was born Jan. 27, 1940, in Iowa City, Iowa. She was the daughter of Cecil and Viola Betzer Oldridge. On May 29, 1992, Connie Oldridge and Bert Lowe were united in marriage in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
