In loving memory of Rusty Edward Goodwin of Cedar Rapids. Rusty passed away at St. Luke's Hospital on Jan. 13, 2019.
He was a born musician, singer and songwriter.
Rusty is survived by sons, Skyler Goodwin Scheer, Adam Goodwin and Sammy Goodwin; daughters, Kari Jo Goodwin and Heather Goodwin; mother, Annabelle Amelang; sister, Shelia Kelly; brother, Curt Goodwin; stepmothers, Tamy Goodwin and Daisy Goodwin; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Vicki Heeren; father, Wallace Goodwin; brother, Larry Goodwin; and grandparents.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Troy Store, 5913 Main St., Troy Mills, at 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31.
