Danielle Eileen Anderson, 38, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016, in her home under the care of Iowa River Hospice. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 29, at 10:30 a.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Lynn Furrows officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Tama. Visitation will be Monday, March 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Survivors include three daughters, Kiley and Kelsey Culbertson and Josey Dvorak, all at home; her mother, Debra (Paul) Floyd of Cedar Rapids; her stepmother, Cindy Foster of Waterloo; two brothers, Aaron Anderson of Monticello and Daniel (Amy) Anderson Jr. of Baxter; a stepbrother, Duane (Mitch) Foster of Marion; a stepsister, Michelle Foster of Waterloo; her fiance, Brandon Dvorak of Toledo; and former husband, Jason Culbertson of Montour.
