Rhinard M. Hugh, 67, of Marion, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died early Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center following a brief illness. Funeral mass: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Ludmila Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids. Burial: St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Papich-Kuba Janeba Chapel West, 1604 J St. SW, Cedar Rapids, where a vigil service begins at 7 p.m.
