Iowa at Penn State

Morehouse - Ah, sweet Altoona. My home away from home. The East Dubuque of the east. If I don't make it out alive, it'll be because I didn't tip well at the Altoona Hooters. Penn State 20, Iowa 16

Hlas - Big game tonight, blah, blah, blah. Wake up, everyone! Arkansas State is coming to Kinnick next week. Iowa 6, Penn State 4

Pugliese - I used to tell a joke about a guy who went to a job interview and said he graduated from “the State Pen, er, I mean Penn State.” And, if that isn't enough to lock me up, here's another. Iowa 17, Penn State 14

Campbell - Beth and I reportedly picked the correct score for the Iowa-Arizona game. If she hacks into my computer this week there will  be a price to pay. Penn State 21, Iowa 17

Malicki - I'm on a streak. At least that's what I'm told. All the credit goes to my agent, my personal assistant and my fans. Penn State 21, Iowa 17

Brooks - This week's game of the year. Iowa has the better team and Hawks have won 6 of last 7, two in overtime at Beaver Stadium. This is good Iowa team that can be great. Iowa 21, Penn State 17

Army at Iowa State

Morehouse - What does this line from a semi-famous Bill Murray movie have to do with this game: “Chicks dig me, because I rarely wear underwear and when I do it's usually something unusual.” Iowa State 38, Army 21

Hlas - What do Army's guys think when they hear other college football players referred to as brave or tough? Iowa State 34, Army 21

Pugliese - My dad served in the U.S. Army and spent a year in Korea toward the end of that “Police Action,” but even he can't pick the Cadets to win this one. Iowa State 28, Army 17

Campbell - The last time Iowa State played Army, the Cyclones were rated in the Top 25 and the Hlist was hotter than Twitter. Still is in my mind. Iowa State 31, Army 24

Malicki - Um. I don't have any of those things I mentioned in the previous post. Iowa State 31, Army 16

Brooks - This is a great attraction for Iowa State. ISU, with road win, has better players. Memo to Austin: Throw to players in the Cardinal shirts. Iowa State 34, Army 17

Minnesota at Northwestern

Morehouse - Minnesota Coach Tim Brewster, a Twitter sensation, stops speaking during the Gophers' final timeout because he exceeds 140 characters. Gophers win anyway. Minnesota 27, Northwestern 21

Hlas - Has anyone ever seen John Campbell and Bruce Willis together? No. Because they're the same guy! Just kidding. Everyone knows John has more star quality. Minnesota 49, Northwestern 48

Pugliese - Northwestern has a great journalism school and that' all she wrote. Northwestern 35, Minnesota 31

Campbell - The Wildcats beat the Gophers in double OT in 2007 and on an interception return with 12 seconds left in 2008. This year should make the hat trick. Northwestern 58, Minnesota 57

Malicki - Truth be told, the person who does deserve any accolades I get for making accurate picks is the guy who tells me which team will win and by how much. He also tries to braid my daughter's hair and cooks dinner from scratch almost every night: Happy Anniversary Brett! Minnesota 234, Northwestern 31

Brooks - Minnesota in Evanston without a running game is a no no. Pat Fitzgerald's ‘Cats should be able to win this one. Northwestern 31, Minnesota 31
