Hanna Renee Madren Lewis, 24, of Hiawatha, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Teahen Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Stasia Fine. Friends may visit with the family after 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Hanna is survived by her mother, Christine (Steve Sherard) of Marion; daughter, Alivia Renee and husband Todd Lewis of Hiawatha; stepdaughter, Lauren Lewis of Cedar Rapids; sister, Kayla Madren; niece, Hayden Rash; grandparents, Gary and Sandra Spooner of West Des Moines; grandma, Betty Graham of Cedar Rapids; grandparents, Bonnie and Danny Madren of Arizona; uncles and aunts, Matthew (Jennifer) Spooner, Donna (Jason) Todd and Jason (Michelle) Spooner; and many other aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
Hanna was preceded in death by her father, Jason; and grandpa, Paul Graham.
Hanna Renee was born June 15, 1992, in Des Moines, the daughter of Jason and Christine Spooner Madren.
Hanna "Banana" was very expressive and a real fashionista with a love of Converse shoes. She was always experimenting with hair and makeup trends. Hanna enjoyed making crafts, crocheting and was an avid reader and Iowa Hawkeye fan. She cared a lot about her family and was a wonderful mommy to her daughter, Alivia.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
