RUBY POTTER Oxford Ruby I. Potter, 75, of Oxford, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, at the Oxford United Methodist Church.
