Daniel, Desirae Ann 'Desi'

Desirae Ann “Desi” Daniel, 27, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012. Celebration of Life services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW. Visitation will be an hour before services. A private family inurnment will be at a later date.

Desirae was born July 28, 1985, in South Haven, Mich., the daughter of Ronald and Brenda (Carlisle) Daniel.

Desirae is survived by her parents, Ron and Brenda (Carlise) Daniel; brothers, John and Brandon Daniel; nephews, Kyler and Conor; niece, Kendall; special Godson, Blayden Tudor; best friend, Jessica Tudor; and special friend, Shannon Fay. Also, the special children who were close to her heart, Zander, Mercedez and Angel.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Beverly Carlise and Johnnie Daniel, all of Cedar Rapids.

Desirae loved music and loved to sing. She enjoyed spending time with the children close to her heart. She loved swimming in the summer. Most of all she loved life and always had a smile on her face. Desirae had many friends and was a joy to all around her.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
