CEDAR RAPIDS - Kate Emily Brammer and Mitchell Thomas Helle, both of Cedar Rapids, announce their engagement.
Kate is the daughter of Kelly and Michele Thompson of Cedar Rapids. Mitchell is the son of Tom and Gail Helle of Dyersville, IA.
The couple will exchange wedding vows on August 28, 2009, during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony at St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville.
