The Rev. Dr. Gerald Johnson, 77, passed away July 23, 2012, at Living Center West, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A memorial is planned for 2 p.m. Sept. 29, 2012. It will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Joliet, Ill.
