Vincent, Phyllis J.
Phyllis J. Vincent, 79, of Keota, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, with the Rev. Dennis Hopes officiating. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 until 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include three sons, Philip E. Vincent and wife Jane of Milwaukee, Wis., Douglas D. Vincent and wife Nancy of Coralville and Carl D. Vincent of Keota; one grandson, Paul Freitag of Milwaukee; and a sister-in-law, Alice George of Keota.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale in 1989; and brother, Robert George.
A memorial fund has been established for the Washington Library, Wilson Memorial Library or Lending Hands, Inc.
