Powell, Linda M. Friedman
Linda M. Friedman Powell, 61, of Victor, formerly of Belle Plaine, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following a brief illness. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church, 1702 230th St., rural Williamsburg, with Pastor Eric Nygren presiding. Inurnment will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine.
She is survived by her husband, Doug of Victor; mother, Leona Harris of Belle Plaine; sisters, Judy (Terry) VanTomme of Brooklyn, Sandy (Jim) Scott of Fayetteville, Ga., Margaret (Darrel) Johnson of Marengo and Mary (Mike) DeRycke of Victor; brothers, Robert of Austin, Texas, David (Sheryl) of Blakesburg, Dan (Monica) of Belle Plaine, Gary (Jo) of DeWitt and Dennis (Vicki Waterbury) Kimble of Frederick, Md..; stepson, Don Mull of Kansas City, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church.
