Speece, Jill
Jill Speece, 72, of Washington, died Monday, April 2, 2012, at the United Presbyterian Home after a lengthy illness with heart disease and Parkinson's disease. Celebration of life services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 7, at the United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jim Stiles officiating. Visitation will begin noon Friday at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 Friday evening. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
Jill is survived by her husband, Skip of Washington, Iowa; three children: daughter, Tari Sue Reynolds of Washington, son, Dean Allen Speece and wife Leona of Francesville, Ind., and son, Martin Samuel Speece and wife Paula of Mansfield, Texas; brother, Jack Keefer and wife Jan of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials have been established for the Heart Foundation or to the Parkinson's disease Foundation.
