James Hinchcliffe has already elevated his status as one of the most entertaining personalities of the IZOD IndyCar Series. The Canadian race car driver for Andretti Autosport has shown his ability to impersonate famous drivers Dario Franchitti and Helio Castroneves.

Hinchcliffe, the driver who had the unenviable task to replace Danica Patrick in the GoDaddy.com car, has expressed a desire for another endeavor and has the personality for it. He apparently wants to follow in the footsteps of Canadian comedians as Michael Myers and Martin Short, and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon and take the stage for Saturday Night Live.

Hinchcliffe, who has referred to himself as "Manica" for replacing Patrick, hasn't shied away from making fun of himself either. In a video, called "How I Got Go Daddy," Hinchcliffe recalls how he obtained the GoDaddy.com ride for this season. He repeated calls Patrick to no avail, resulting in a restraining order, calls a general GoDaddy.com tech or representative to inquire about the ride, and demonstrates his uncanny impersonation of two of the series top drivers.

Hinchcliffe is fifth in the points standings after a 17th-place finish, caused by a late wreck, at the Iowa Corn Indy 250 at Iowa Speedway in Newton. He entered the race in second.
