Alvin Leo Plucar, 91, of rural Elberon, passed away Friday, June 2, 2017, at Keystone Care Center.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 5, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Belle Plaine with Deacon Joe Behounek officiating. Burial will take place at National Cemetery in Vining, with military honors. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service in Belle Plaine and will continue one hour before the service on Monday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the family.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Plucar of Keystone; daughter-in-law, Ruth Plucar of Conroy; children, Greg (Renita) Plucar of Luzerne, Shirley (Kent) Warnke of Lakeville, Minn., and Carol (Bret) Durbin of Jefferson, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Alvin was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lori Plucar; son, Dennis Plucar; and son-in-law, Roger Vileta.
