Dacota Alan Witham, 28, of Mason City, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, in Mason City. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Oakhill Jackson Community Church, 1202 10th St. SE, Cedar Rapids.
Dacota is survived by daughters, Shelby and Lily; and sons, Jackson and Dante; parents, Dennis and Karen Witham and Barbara and William Treadway; brother, Eric; and sister, Tatum.
