The Cyclones have a new look. A shiny one, at that.
Iowa State announced Monday it will add a white helmet to its on-field attire.
In a release, ISU said the helmets will be worn "a couple of times per season at the discretion of the coaching staff and team."
How good would these look under the lights at Kinnick?

The new helmet features chrome decals. The cardinal version remains ISU's primary lid.
'As we start to build the culture inside our football program, we also want to be creative and add excitement outside our football program' Iowa State head coach Matt Campbell said. 'The opportunity to have multiple options for gameday attire is great and our kids get excited about new and fresh concepts.'
