William C. "Bill" Meade, 92, of Williamsburg, died Friday, March 6, 2015, at Highland Ridge Care Center, Williamsburg. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, at St. Mary's Parish Hall, Williamsburg, with Father
Joseph Roost officiating. Burial: St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamsburg, with military honors. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 9, at St. Mary's Parish Hall, with a Scripture service at 4 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established.
Bill is survived by his children, Connie Frohling (Kurt) of Raymore, Mo., Jean Wardenburg (Kevin) of Williamsburg, and Tom Meade (Sandy) of DeWitt; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Also surviving are his siblings, Wayne Meade of Holbrook and Marge Sauter of Williamsburg; and sisters-in-law, Shirley Meade of Holbrook and Marlene Meade of Williamsburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Margaret Ruth Meade; his wife, Doloris, in 2012; his siblings, Geraldine Meade, John Meade, Anne Cypra, Vernon Meade, Helen Meade and Don Meade; brothers-in-law, Paul Sauter and Claude Cypra; and a sister-in law, Aileen Meade.
Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
