GOP policies are not pro-life

Recently I received a second call feigning to be an election survey putting forth tired and untrue arguments to choose Ashley Hinson over Abby Finkenauer. I was asked whether I was pro-choice or pro-life. Refusing to ban assault weapons is not pro-life. In this age of proven racial injustice, capital punishment is not just not pro-life. The defunding of Planned Parenthood, the resulting lack of birth control and increase in abortions is not pro-life. With racially skewed mortality of mothers and infants, the defunding of Planned Parenthood's family planning services including prenatal care is not pro-life. The insistence on reducing SNAP benefits and defunding of public education is not pro-life. The unending attempts to eliminate the ACA and preexisting condition coverage is not pro-life. Eliminating conservation rules that protect our air and water is not pro-life. Delaying the mail and essential medications is not pro-life. Not enforcing mask wearing and social distancing is not pro-life. Republican policies to me seems opposite to pro-life; they are actually life-threatening. I am very much both pro-choice, and pro-life in the true sense: I want the best possible life opportunities for every man, woman and child. There are solutions so we don't have to give up and live with all these crises forever. I am proudly voting for Abby Finkenauer and the other Democrats that also stand proudly for life and justice.
