Cedar Rapids Police are asking for your assistance locating Chelsea Fletcher, 18.
Fletcher is described as a white female, 5'11, 170 pounds, blue eyes with long dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and could be wearing red tennis shoes and a black and white flannel shirt.
