Peters earns academic honor

University of Northern Iowa 125-pound red-shirt freshman Dylan Peters proved to be all-conference on the mat and in the classroom.
UNI announced Wednesday that Peters was named to the 2014 Academic All-Mid-American Conference all-academic team. Peters was joined by Panther teammate, Jarrett Jensen, who garnered honorable mention all-academic honors.
Peters was recognized for posting a 3.26 grade-point average, majoring in Biology.
Jensen received honors for the second straight year. He was an all-MAC all-academic competitor last season.
