Ruhl Mortgage, with offices in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, is the name of the company formerly known as Shelter Mortgage and 1862 Mortgage. It is based in Moline, Ill.

Inc. magazine ranked RuffaloCODY on its annual list of the 500/5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States for the eighth year. The Cedar Rapids-based company grew by 57% over the last three years and is ranked at No. 4,286. Inc. also ranked RuffaloCODY at No. 24 in the list of top 100 Iowa companies. Raining Rose Inc. also made the list for the sixth year, ranking No. 2,864, with a three-year sales growth of 120 percent.
