Spoiler: It's the Detroit Bowl) and a team-by-team look at what teams have returning. Glance over Rutgers, but probably give Maryland a good look. Iowa will be playing at College Park on Oct. 18. The Terrapins play on Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium, capacity 54,000.
