PAMELA KAY REECE
Cedar Rapids
Pamela Kay Reece, 73, passed away Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at her home in Cedar Rapids.
Pam was born in October 1943 in Newton, Iowa, to parents Doyle and Bette (Rinehart) Felton. She graduated from Eldora High School and went on to work for Rockwell Collins. Along with her career at Rockwell, she was a proud Avon lady for many years. In 2007, she retired from Rockwell. After many journeys she finally married the love of her life, Tim Teeter, in Cedar Rapids. A lover of children, she loved her grandchildren as well as the children at the nursery in the First Assembly of God church. A great lover of animals, she volunteered at the animal shelter as well as spent many hours with her companion, Clover. Combining her crafting ability with her love of Elvis, she made exact replica costumes for local Elvis impersonators.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her companion, Clover.
Pam is survived by her children, Randy, Jeff and Chad; her grandchildren, David, Chris, Ashlee and Skye; son-in-law, Jim Gruntorad; and former daughter-in-law, Amy Kunkle.
A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Cedar Valley Animal Shelter.
