Tilton, Ann
Ann Tilton, 84, a resident of the Belle Plaine Nursing Home, died there Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010. Her body is being cremated. Iowa Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her children, Vicki Martin of Anamosa, and Michael Tilton of Alexandria, Va.; a sister, Vera Englebart of Belle Plaine; her grandchildren, Billie Smith, Mike Smith, Dianna Williams and Krisopher Martin; and seven great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Ann was born August 26, 1926, the daughter of John and Calista Martin Edwards. She was employed and retired from Rockwell Collins. Ann was a member of the Seventh Day Church of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, reading, cross word puzzles and spending time with her family.
