Alice A. (Mouchka) Ulch, 77, of Seward, Neb., formerly of Belle Plaine, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, in Seward.
Alice was born Oct. 25, 1938, in Belle Plaine and was a 1956 graduate of Belle Plaine High School. She married John R. Ulch on Feb. 10, 1957. She was formerly employed at Tamora Co-op and Seward County Assessor's Office.
Alice was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ in Goehner, Neb., Beaver Crossing American Legion Auxiliary and Family Selection Committee of Seward County Habitat for Humanity.
Survivors include her husband, John; four sons, John D. of Lochbuie, Colo., David (Tami) of Elkhorn, Neb., Brian "Fred" of Goehner and Craig of Las Vegas, Nev.; four grandchildren, Derek Ulch, Austin Ulch, Haley Gabel and Sara Ulch; sisters, Joyce (Blair) Williams of Marion and Donna (Ron) Pyle of Prosper, Texas; brother, Dean (Roxie) Mouchka of Wheatland; brother-in-law, Harold (Joyce) Ulch of Cedar Hill, Mo.; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life luncheon will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, at United Church of Christ – First Congregational Church, Belle Plaine. Graveside service and interment: Bohemian National Cemetery, Vining, at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Alice Ulch family for future designation.
