Jody Linn Kinney Williams, 43, of Cedar Rapids, died peacefully in her home on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
She was born Sept. 22, 1972, in California, and graduated from Cedar Rapids Washington High School, Class of 1991. On June 5, 2004, she married Jimmy Williams.
Surviving are her husband, Jimmy Williams; children, Britney Sauer, Brooke Sauer, Bristen Sauer, Zoey Williams and Rowan Williams; brothers, John (Susan) Kinney Jr. and Kelly Kinney; sisters, Tami (Mike) Stephens and Debbie Kinney-Chiafos; sister-in-law, Pamela Razor; nieces, Chelsea Ross, Mindy Stephens and Kelly McKight; nephews, Casey Kinney, Troy Stephens, Derek Ross, Jackson Razor, Brian McKnight and Jacob Markwell; and six grandchildren, with one on the way.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley I. Kinney; father, John W. Kinney; brother, Timothy L. Razor; sister, Shelley K. Razor-Markwell; and grandmother, Lena Riche.
Jody loved with all of her heart and enjoyed spending every moment with her husband, children, grandchildren and friends. She had a very good soul and would always help others any way she could.
Jody will be cremated and taken home to rest with her family. There will be no services.
