Anneliese Ramirez-Hernandez, who exceeded many doctors' expectations, passed away at 54 days old on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Memorial service: 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at Cedar Rapids First Assembly Church, 3233 Blairs Ferry Rd. NE. Arrangements by Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her loving parents; many caring grandparents; and several aunts, extended family members and family friends.
Anneliese Jane was born Jan. 18, 2018, to Joel Ramirez-Hernandez and Emily Cooper. She was a tough little girl, and will be greatly missed by her family.
