Gray, Jerry
Jerry Gray, 68, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, in his home following a brief illness. A graveside service will be held at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Anamosa. Friends may call from
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Goettsch Funeral Home in Anamosa.

Surviving is his son, Jerry E. (Lorrie) Gray Jr. of Fort Lupton, Colo.; two daughters, Twila Gray of Westminster, Colo., and Stacy; two sisters, Pauline (Ralph) Wood of Cedar Rapids and Theola (Cletus) Chapman of Monticello; a brother, Bob Gray of Maquoketa; five grandchildren; and two special friends, Bonnie and Zack Smock.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry Edmond Gray was born June 29, 1941, in Monticello. He was the son of Hubert and Katherine Patnode Gray. Jerry worked for the Stickle Farm for 34 years. Jerry enjoyed playing cards, watching NASCAR, and most of all spending time with friends. He will be missed dearly by those who knew him best.
