Anita was born March 4, 1923, in West Liberty, Iowa, to John L. and Maria Arenas. On June 15, 1946, she was united in marriage to Robert Sells. She was the most loving mother and grandmother. She always had a smile on her face and was the closest thing to an angel here on earth; she found the good in everyone. Praying the rosary was part of her daily life.
She was a vibrant lady, who enjoyed playing cards, bingo and gambling. She was always a winner!
Anita was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Bob and John Sells; great-grandchildren, Jill Acton and Grayson Leefers-Wolrab; brothers, Jesse and John Arenas; sisters, Frances Bopp, Paula McLaud and Eva Rodriguez.
Anita was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish and the VFW Auxiliary.
