Deborah Ann Barnes, 65, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021.
Deborah was born May 30, 1955, in Monticello, Iowa, daughter to Charles and Aldtie Cooper. She had one sister, Sadie Holm, and three brothers, Oval Cooper, Bill Cooper and Dennis McClintock. All her "street" sisters and brother.
She married Rollin Barnes on May 12, 1978, and had six children and one stepson, Doug Barnes, Melissa Barnes, LaWanda (fiance Greg Willey) Barnes, Shaunna Barnes, Jason Barnes, Phillip Barnes and Rosa Ross. All her "street" children. She had seven wonderful grandchildren. All her nieces and nephews.
We will have a potluck memorial on May 30, 2021, at 1234 Sixth St. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405.
