Marilyn Irene Reimer, 84, of Guttenberg, Iowa, died Wednesday, Dec 30, 2020, at her home at Riverview Assisted Living. She was born on March 8, 1936, in Greeley, Iowa, the daughter of Herman and Rose (Schiltz) Fessler.
Marilyn received her education at Oneida, Iowa. She enjoyed quilting, playing cards, gardening and handiwork. Marilyn was united in marriage to William H. Reimer on Nov. 5, 1955.
Those left to cherish her memory is five children, Gerald (Jeanne) Reimer of Crystal, Minn., Mary (Don) Tyler of Garnavillo, Lori (Greg) German of Masonville, John (Karen) Reimer of Stitzer, Wis., and Roger (Shelly) Reimer of Lamont; 12 grandchildren, Ryan, Emily, Robbie, Kristi, Isaac, Angie, Stephen, Ashley, Matthew, Michael, Kayla and Greg; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, LouAnn (Jim) Lindow; and many other relatives and friends.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, William; parents; and two siblings, Robert (Betts) Fessler and Rosemary (Hillers) Bosler.
Marilyn will be greatly missed!
