Carol Ann Neale Rohr, 83, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Dec. 21, 2020, at 9:30 p.m. at Belle Plaine Care Center, Belle Plaine, Iowa. A private graveside service will be held at Cedar Memorial Park at a later date.
Carol was born Sept. 3, 1937, in Northwood, Iowa, to Herbert Sr. and Cecil Neale. Carol attended elementary and high school in Northwood, Iowa. Carol continued her education at Morningside and received a bachelor's degree. Carol went on and received a master's degree in music at North Dakota State.
Carol met Stephan at Morningside, dated and were married in 1967.
The Rohrs moved to Cedar Rapids, where Carol taught piano lessons for many years. Carol enjoyed playing the piano along with composing. Carol enjoyed sharing and time with her friends in the Beethoven Club.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and two brothers.
She has two living sisters, Donna Edie, Grand Living, Coralville, Iowa, and Barbara Seglem, Fertile, Iowa.
